Ahmad & Associates is a team practice. Our attorneys handle immigration court and removal defense, family and humanitarian petitions, USCIS and BIA appeals, federal court review, and federal habeas corpus, and every matter is supported by a supervised paralegal team along with intake, billing, and administrative staff.
The firm was founded by Anser Ahmad, who has practiced immigration law, federal criminal defense, and appellate litigation for over 20 years. He is joined by associate attorneys whose work spans removal defense and family-based immigration, and by a staff that assists clients in 14+ languages — including Spanish, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, and French — so clients can speak with the firm directly, without interpreter delays.
